1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. How to Request a Return:

Email info@zentratime.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Do not return items without our approval.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be notified via email

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

4. Damaged or Wrong Items:

Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve it ASAP at no cost to you.

5. Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
